"Two Words: NO AUTHORITY."
Two more words:
So, what?
These asshats have shown the ability to get away with any damned thing they want.
There are enough federal judges that they can find one to uphold their ridiculous lawlessness, and a Supreme Court that rejects too many cases that would put them in an uncomfortable spotlight.

"Where is it written that the Department of Education has authority to investigate lawful actions taken by a state??"I think it's on the next page after where it says that the CDC can impose rent moratoria...

Are conservatives still on about Defunding the Department of Education?
They should be. Literally all it does is promote woke politics and the hugely corrupt cycle of ever-rising tuitions and debt enslavement of students.

He should have the state patrol arrest any Department of Education investigators that come into the state. Let’s get this party started.

They’re saying that the civil right is that EVERYONE they encounter must wear a mask.
Which shows that this should fail.
You cannot insist on a right that violates another’s right.

And, speaking of arrest warrants…I was saying years ago that mayors etc should be arrested for blatantly defying fed law on illegals.
And then the riots came which mayors sanctioned. Also should’ve been arrested.

The Department of Education has become a civil rights violation of the first order. Dissolve it yesterday.

The argument will probably me made that, by not forcing all to wear masks we are forcing potential infections on the general pubkic. The safety god thrives on this stuff. God forbid anyone should ever be at risk.

An easy fix would be school choice.
But we can’t have that, can we?

Lawfare. A leftist speciality. They just make it up as they go. No need for logic or rationale. Doomed to failure, and they know it. But the media will give it all the traction they can muster.

Just one more reason this department should never have been created.
And geeze, is their ANY department or bureaucracy that doesn't have a "civil rights" division?
