It was a Free Republic member that on one of these threads, said it was Osama bin Laden responsible for the attack, and they said so long before bin Laden's name was ever mentioned in the news.
I cannot remember that Freeper's name and I cannot remember which of the original threads he posted that information in, I just wanted to give credit to that individual Freeper and I hope they're still around this forum.
The first I know of to name bin Laden was catspaw at 9:09:58 AM EST, less than 20 minutes after the attack started.
