Protesters defy judge's injunction with act of 'civil disobedience'

Gathering in front of Skyview High School came three days after Clark County Superior Court Judge Suzan Clark granted a Vancouver School District request for an injunction against protests near its schools

About 30 protesters showed up at Skyview High School Friday afternoon in defiance of a Clark County Superior Court judge's decision earlier this week to grant the Vancouver School District's request for an injunction near area schools. In addition to the protesters, a handful of counter protesters showed up to express support for the school district and its injunction.

On Tuesday Judge Suzan Clark granted an injunction prohibiting disruptive protests near school campuses. The injunction requires that "protests, rallies, gatherings on or near school premises tha disrupt educational services, immediately cease and desist and not be allowed to convene on or within a one-mile radius of any Vancouver School District building or grounds." This order is effective as long as state-issued mask mandates are in effect.

On Thursday night, a group of area residents announced to area media outlets that they would defy the judge's ruling and hold the protest Friday afternoon on the public sidewalk outside Skyview.

"The Vancouver School District got Inslee appointed Judge Suzan Clark to sign an injunction saying protesters can not be within one mile of the school as long as mask mandates are in place," read the statement announcing the protest. "This directly violates the federal and state constitution...

The protesters injuncted by the judge in violation of federal and state constitutions are supporting Melanie Gabriel who has a mask exemption but is being prevented by school officials from participating in her classes without a mask.

Yup. The military trials have always garnered the most attention, but the civilian ones were the most interesting. Revealed the base inner workings that enabled the regime and the resulting atrocities. A warning from history sure to be ignored since the establishment fancies themselves as so much smarter and sophisticated.

The people protesting get a lot of resistance from local police and authorities because the FBI considers them “domestic terrorists”.

A major operation intelligence gathering operation is centered in Portland near Vancouver, Washington.

The feds are coordinating against individuals associated with this protest DHS, local police etc. etc.

Informants and provocateurs mingle in the crowds.

Judges, and their political decisions, from the lowest level to the Supreme Court, are destroying (have destroyed) the respect that the American people have had in them and their judicial decisions. So many judges today rule based on their political leanings, and not the law and Constitution. We see this repeatedly, especially from democrat judges and judges appointed by democrats.
