Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton delivered a direct message to the Biden Administration Friday afternoon following the President’s federal vaccine mandate, saying “I will see you in court soon!”
“Biden’s new nat’l vaxx mandate on private biz may be the most unconstitutional, illegal thing I’ve ever seen out of any Admin in modern American history. This is an egregious, tyrannical power grab that stands no chance in court. I’ll be suing this disastrous Admin very soon,” posted Paxton on Twitter.

Don’t quite know why states have standing in this.
I would think standing would be limited to employees facing the potential jab and employers who don’t see that this policy is in their best interests.
Biden could send in the National Guard to enforce his rules. Similar to what happened to Gov Wallace in Alabama.

The private mandate will fall, but the damage is done. Camel’s nose is in the tent. Big tech private companies will force it, and larger multinationals and continental corporations will likely follow suit.
The military and federal agency mandate will stand. That’s the only thing they have standing to implement, and we’ll see a drastic reduction in the size of the federal government by this time next year.
Because Biden is directly attacking governors (will "get them out of the way") and countermanding duly constituted state law.

I agree with you. Forcing students up the steps of a building is a big difference than pulling millions of unvaccinated workers out of their workplace or forcing children to wear masks. It would take a large force.
No he can’t. The difference was a court order was being ignored so the NG was sent in to enforce it

It’s not. That’s one good thing, unless you rely on the fed for something like tax returns or SS.

If he commands the NG to step in, the NG will step in.

The only thing that will reduce our federal gov’t at this point is a Cloward Pivens event including total monetary collapse which is likely at this point.
