(CNN)Florida's 1st District Court on Friday reinstated a stay on mask mandates in schools, blocking face mask requirements in schools for now, court documents show.
Lawyers for Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis filed the emergency appeal after a judge ruled on Wednesday that the state of Florida must stop their enforcement of a mask ban.

Take that botches! Another victory for DeSantis. The media will be glum this weekend.
I heard that some school systems will include the mask in the dress code so it doesn’t fall under the mask mandate.
All of this is going to end up with a hot war. Right now it’s a cold civil war.
If the masks worked, and prevented COVID spread, I would be supportive of their use. The science says they don’t, unless they are N95 or better (N100), by actual trials. (See Stanford University study funded by NIH). There is way to much politics and hysteria, and frankly federal government overreach, when it comes to COVID.
‘Hope and Change’, ‘build back better’, and cloth mask hysteria are not plans and certainly not science.
What are those students going to be like in 20 years? Emboldened or cowering? Like children from the Great Depression?
The sooner the better.

Kids with these mandates should wear protest masks, with slogans on them like “this is torture” and “I hate the teacher’s union” etc.

Actually, they’re not a problem, as the CDC requires that they be given Ivermectin before admission to this country.

Much of the country is being fought in the courts. For some reason, that does not give me a warm fuzzy.

Not much longer, Biden’s speech yesterday was a declaration of war against the Red states. If the courts do not step up and quash the dem’s naked attempts to end run the Constitution then the civil war we’re in now will become hot rather quickly.
Don't you just love how propagandists write? As if Florida refusing to allow people to be FORCED to wear masks is what must be stopped, not the forcing of the mask wearing.
