(CNN)Florida's 1st District Court on Friday reinstated a stay on mask mandates in schools, blocking face mask requirements in schools for now, court documents show.
Lawyers for Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis filed the emergency appeal after a judge ruled on Wednesday that the state of Florida must stop their enforcement of a mask ban.
I've had to wear masks a few times for no more than an hour. They are hot and foul and I feel like I can't breathe. How can anyone expect a kid to wear these 8 or 9 hours everyday?

Doesn’t matter in regards to COVID-19 or masking. The masks don’t do any good, and the jabbed are as infectious as the unjabbed.

I watched Dr. Judy Mikovits on the Brandon Howse show Wednesday night on LindellTV and she said the masks do the opposite of working. They actually HELP the virus - the air you breath out is higher moisture from building up behind the mask - the warmer air - so the virus has a better carrier of water vapor droplets than if you just didn’t wear a mask and breathed into open air. Makes perfect sense - virus needs a carrier. Just think of the mold in a damp room.
Seeing masks on kids makes my blood boil.

This is a perfect example of the feds overstepping their authority. They are not within their jurisdiction to determine the wishes of parents in a state school. And the problem is not for the actual wearing of a mask. The ruling in favor of Gov. Ron DeSantis, a Republican, and other state officials by the First District Court of Appeal in Tallahassee means the Florida Department of Education can continue to punish local school officials who impose mask mandates without an opt-out provision available for parents.
And because the issue of student protection, to include health, falls under the area of state’s rights, it shouldn’t be allowed to go to the federal courts for appeal. Ball game.
The Biden administration has pledged to restore funding to any district that is penalized for implementing C.D.C. mitigation recommendations, such as universal masking. You may hear a lot of crickets in those rooms when the public understands this is not about health, it is about federal control illegally accomplished.

We also worked to help America win the war. Our fathers were across the sea on the battle fields. Are we happy with the condition of our hard won country? HA.

If the school complains, say you’re expressing your gender identity. It doesn’t matter it doesn’t make sense.
