This is a attempt by the Executive to over turn all legal authority and rule by decree.
For example, this goes directly in the face of Roe V Wade supposed “right to privacy”. In addition, the Court historically restricted this “mandated vaccination” power to local and state legislative bodies.
The Courts has demonstrated a habit of slapping down Executive overreach. They show an unusual deference to legislative authority which is totally missing in this action by Biden.
He knows he would loose a push-up competition to the challengers so what else can he say.

The lawyers on our side need to file preliminary injunctions while the suits are going through the courts. .
