They will always do that in Philly, Cleveland, etc. They went further last time with universal mailed ballots, harvesting, signature fraud, xeroxing, etc. Also preventing observers by COVID regulations. They want to try to legalize all oof that or make it illegal to stop the fraud (e.g. using the postal service to find out who moved, etc).
There will be push back to many of those measures. HR1 is not going to pass. Pelosi will lose the House for lots of reasons but that is one of them. Americans want fair elections, with some exceptions of course but those are a minority.
HR1 will not matter in the end. The population is shifting from blue states to red states and a massive wave of immigration is changing the face of this country. Literally. Dems won’t even need to cheat to win in places like Georgia in the very near future.
