IIRC, there are something like 750 Gigatons of CO2. The Leftists, using pretzel logic, have concluded that it is the 30 Gigatons caused by man that are pushing us over the edge.
They really do have this elaborate explanation ready to back up that.
Generating electricity from coal releases 2.21 pounds of CO2 emissions per kWh. A single typical 1,000 MW coal fired generating unit releases over 7 million tons of CO2 per year. That little plant is a pimple on the butt of a gnat.
