What number of people does this 34.23% represent? If they canvassed 100 people in total, then the results may not be statistically reliable.

The percent is too high. It's either fantabulation, an error in sampling or misinformation.

Major Findings: 34.23% of people canvassed were reported as not having voted – but told canvassers they did vote.

This bothers me, this number is impossible. This smells like hopium, and another chance to be painted as fools.

Non-democratic votes have been getting “lost” for 25 years.
This is how mail in voting works in Oregon.
You have to sign the back of the envelope CONTAINING your ballot.
They look to see what your party affiliation is and if you are not a registered democrat, your ballot is probably shredded.

According to lawyer Robert Barnes, viva&Barnes podcast, one the vote is certified, it can't be changed. That's because the Supreme Court has ruled, at some point you just have to live with the situation and move on.

How many times have we heard "NeverTrumpers and proponents for the left say that once a stolen election is “certified” it can't be changed. Just about every day since last November. If there is a Supreme Court ruling on this...I can't seem to find it. The Supreme Court overturns past decisions frequently. It is well within their power to declare that the last election was so corrupted that it needs to be redone. What it would take would be the political will to do it. The Biden administration has been an abject failure and is losing support even from many Democrats. The political will to do something in the Supreme Court may be growing.

Nothing is written in stone on this.

There has never been disenfranchisement on this scale either.

“BUT it can delegitimatize Biden, and pave the way for election repair, which is the best we can hope for at this point.”

That itself makes it worth pursuing. It can make Biden ineffective, if the GOP wins back either House. And gives Trump as easy win, if Biden runs again. Not to mention the stain on the Democrats for years

Why impossible? 1/3rd, seems plausible.

Biden and Kamala, possibly further down, will almost certainly be impeached if it is shown they had knowledge of any of this.

If they aren’t forced to resign first which is the most probable outcome in my opinion.

“how can that information change the 2020 election??”

It legally won’t but they can decertify the state and others can follow.
It will certify the delegitimized results of Election Theft 2020.

And after shredding, they replace your ballot with a ballot they filled in for you. This has been going on since mail-in voting began--in AZ, it's been over a decade. I always hand-deliver my mail-in ballot on election day, but that doesn't mean it's not being shredded in "adjudication." The ballots are visibly coded so they know your party affiliation before they even open the envelope.

"Oh, but they separate the ballot from the outer envelope that has your party on it." Yeah, they separate it and put it in the "round file."

Otherwise, we’d still be litigating for everyone’s entire term.

Fraud vitiates everytheing. What does Robt. Barnes say to that?

If the election rewinds back to the initiation of the fraud, the election itself, vitiation puts everything back to the point before the first ballot was cast. Then the state's Electoral College Votes are removed from legal consideration of any legislation in the Senate and House until the next election. And Congress can require them to pass another forensic audit until they can prove an honest election.

Is there a reference for this information from someone broadly known?

Biden has made himself ineffective; he doesn't need help.

Huh. Sounds like you think this is the first time there has ever been fraud in an election.

Really? He hasn’t enacted any policies that have changed anything?

Well then we should be just as well off as we were last November. Not happening.

At this scale yes! But then again why don't you name all the times states started to demand forensic audits (not recounts), and why a literal army of DNC lawyers are spending millions to try to stop it?
