Idaho has a 55% vaccination rate over age 18 and 93% over age 65 (source: Mayo Clinic)...not sure where you're getting your numbers from.
My statement that Idaho has a 10% vaccination rate was wrong. Actually it has 39.7% of the population fully vaccinated (44% of the state has received at least one dose). I checked these figures from two sources.
I should have said Idaho is in the bottom 10 of the states for vaccinations (the third lowest above Wyoming and Alabama (the lowest).
