It happened. I remember it very clearly. Watched the entire thing, from the time the second plane flew into tower. Ghastly. Also on phone with Freeper Ken5050 as he ran down (I believe) Broadway to meet his daughter who worked on a lower floor and got out.
Ken5050 seems to have disappeared from FR. Might have died. I know he was moving to Tampa a year or so after 911. and then nothing.
We FReeps really need to network better. I know I’m terrible at it.

Ken5050 was really gregarious. We talked about recipes, religion, politics. He had a house in Chappaqua, right across the street from Hillary’s. His wife went out to lunch with her in govt limousine, said she was really nice in person. He also knew new minister in my Episcopal church whose parents were friends of his. Gee I miss him.

The buildings WERE SPECIFICALLY BUILT to withstand just that - an accidental plane crash.
A plane hit the Empire State Building during WWII. Know what happened to the plane? It crumbled to the ground. It did cause loss of life and exterior damage but the structure of the building remained intact. And the Empire State Building was far less powerfully built than the WTC.
I've seen pictures of planes hit by birds at high speeds. The nose of the plane was indented.
I especially love how his "friend" waited until the last second so the plane could get perfectly in the frame.

You don't know that. You and I and the rest of the world only saw the initial footage of when it happened but now 20 years later there's tons of evidence to the contrary.
No way planes alone brought down the WTC.
It's OK to 2nd guess it, because this government is completely corrupt.
It wasn't "directly" at its base, it was in the underground parking facility, away from the WTC's poured concrete foundations.........The intent of the bomber was to destroy the foundation at that location and cause it to topple over and fortunately it didn't happen.
And FWIW, the OKC bombing destruction was to the front of the building due to the vehicle being parked directly in front..It didn't bring the building down.
Now how did they direct the energy from a fertilizer bomb to do that?

Any other explanation requires that people spent weeks if not months removing interior finishes, exposing the structure and placing shaped charges and detonators without any one of thousands of workers and visitors noticing.

I have heard surfing used as a term for when someone survives an avalanche by riding down on top of it. I think that's the analogy they are drawing.
Picture the piece of concrete he was sitting on as a surfboard, and when the floors started to give way, he rode that piece of concrete “surfboard” to the bottom. Allegedly.
