What dossiers on Joe Biden did these clowns read--or what lies were they told about him--that gave them any reason to have "very high expectations?"

I'm sure their dossiers showed that SleepyJoe would just give in to their demands, similar to other Presidents (obviously not Trump). Those were their high expectations, back to business as usual, as long the big guy got his 10%. They didn't have any real expectations beyond that.

They actually didn't expect that he would literally hang everyone out to dry without any warning, including “his own”.
