There is historical precedent. Andrew Jackson did what he wanted to do because he was the President. So Joe Biden is going to do what he wants to do because he is the President. Especially with the "Deep State" behind him.
John Roberts may had made his point. He knows what the Deep State is like. He is one of their guys because he goes to their cocktail parties in Washington, D.C. Do not be surprised if John Roberts come up with a ruling later that allows the Supreme Court to "save face". Brett Kavanaugh would be the guy to convince.
