Someone on FR may have the recording of the Circuit Judges “conference call” “hearing” that Emmet Sullivan foisted on Gen. Flynn and his atty. Sidney Powell. Merrick Garland is the most annoying and most “making up the law” of the entire panel— a real tyrant. And now— he’s the AG? And Lindsey Graham had no problem with this tyrannical a@@hole?
It was Sullivan who tried to conduct a trial of Lt. Gen. Flynn of a trial the charges of which were DROPPED by the plaintiff, the Dept. of Justice, and Atty Gen. Barr over whether Flynn was a russian spy! All coming from the JoeBama and obamaumao/hitlery coup scheme throughout Pres. Trump’s 4 first years. “Judge” Sullivan is trying to say he is an “emeritus” judge of this circuit now that he has retired, and is still in the pervo world of DC with his own son.
Merrick Garland- this is the Stalinist LEFTIST deep state of criminal judiciary willing to go to the mat for central “causes” they are freaked out about going away, and being done Constitutionally.
If Hillary had won, I doubt she would have honored Obama's choice--she would have selected someone much younger, female, and probably even worse than Merrick Garland.
