How about federal charges against any doctor who refuses to prescribe pain meds to anyone with a valid need. I’m getting tired of hearing how a doctor is afraid of losing their license if they prescribe pain meds. Then they tell you how sorry they are, but you are the one to really suffer.

AND, for any given situation, if one suit wins, all the rest will, too. So it’s now elevated abortion to an arena of potentially stratospheric monetary risk.
