WHY WE NEED TERM LIMITS FOR CONGRESS:
The insider dominance of incumbancy makes it almost impossible for an outsider candidate to mount a viable campaign in a run for the senate.
And to a slightly lesser degree for the House of Representatives.
Limit them to one 4 or 6 year term and eliminate their gold-plate retirement and watch America rebound.
