Authorised workers from the NSW local government area (LGAs) of concern now have until Sunday, September 19 to get vaccinated with at least one dose.
The two-week extension came as concerns were raised that thousands of workers had not met the original vaccination deadline of September 6.
Premier Gladys Berejiklian earlier on Sunday acknowledged many workers had not been able to get the jab, saying health officials were in consultation with industry about the timeframe...
NSW Health said they had until Wednesday September 8 to book an appointment. And from September 9 they would be required to show proof of their booking...

But they are now required to get vaccinated in order to leave their areas to go to work.
People like Premier Gladys Berejiklian are as authoritarian as any Erdogan of Turkey, Ortega of Nicaragua and the list goes on.
Fox News this last week tried to say that things are changing in Australia.
Murdoch and other Aussie media moguls are buddies with the Australian government. They passed a law down there forcing the social media-tech companies to pay the big media companies money for content.
We sanction Iran, Venezuela, China and Russia over wrongdoing violating rights well it needs to happen to Australian officials too IMHO.
And being an isolated island/continent only compounds the problem. I mean, Australians can’t exactly go to a neighboring country and claim refugee status.
Why on earth would medical workers need a mandate to get them to take a vaccine?

Its not the medical workers, its all workers allowed to leave their local areas to go to work from grocery store workers to construction to truck drivers etc. etc.
Its a mandate that goes beyond medical workers in these areas.
Is there any effort to research how to counteract the vaccine?
Because it not “just a vaccine”. There are legitimate questions being raised that the Jab Nazis are NOT answering.
We had, world wide 1.4 million deaths out of a population of 7.674 billion. For this we are being told we have to suspend all basic legal protections, as well a basic medical safety practices, to use the whole world as a human test trial for an unproven new type of vaccination process.
This is not about vaccines working. It about using a whole new type of vaccine, that failed every previous clinical trial, without adequate safe guards
