Big dilemma. Foster homes are terrible. They thought this would replace orphanage’s.
I think in today’s world an orphanage is a better choice than foster homes. I knew a kid in high school who lived in an orphanage. He was better adjusted than any foster home kids, it wasn’t called foster homes back then, and the kid became a very successful adult.
He had much more structure and attention to his needs than his counterparts that weren’t in the orphanage.

Do all gay parents molest their adopted children? No, they do not.
