I don’t see he problem here. By the court order according to the article, it states if the patient is not getting life threatening side effects from the use of the drug, then its continued use is up to the discretion of the attending physician. However, if the patient is doing fine and improving with the use, then it can be continued. If the physician takes him off the drug, and the patient lapses into failure and dies, then the doctors can be prosecuted.
A doctor may be held criminally liable only when the evidence establishes beyond a reasonable doubt that the doctor’s treatment created a substantial and unjustifiable risk that the patient would die, medical malpractice.
But another thought is if the patient lapses due to the withdrawing of the drug, and the doctor stands to the decision to remove its use and not restart it if time allows, and it should, there is a possible murder charge.

You accusations that going to the hospital is wrong because there is financial reassure is as dangerous as distasteful. And a flat out lie.
Interesting assertion. Last time I was in the emergency room (for Bell's Palsy, not COVID-19) I was tested for COVID-19, and the result was negative. I asked, if I was positive, what the care plan for a COVID-19 infection was. They said isolation in a COVID-19 ward, with observation. When I asked what the medication protocol was, they said "Nothing." I asked the usual questions: "We are not allowed to prescribe or provide those drugs to you." This is a corporate hospital, by the way, following the CDC/NIH dicta.
I had asked my doctors the same question, with pretty much the same answer. One said "hey, you are on blood thinners [for another reason] so you shouldn't be affected by the vaccines." (Note that he said "vaccines", not "COVID")
When pressed, the doctors mumbled that the administration was afraid of lawsuits, and CMS withholding payment on insurance claims (Medicare patient).
So there is plenty of incentive to kill people: avoiding lawsuits and avoiding denied claims. In other words, follow the money.
I'll be one to stay isolated at home. I'm the only one living here, so there is no chance of my passing on an infection to others.

Its not rocket science. This “pandemic,: could easily be controlled by over the counter availbility of Ivermectin, just like malaria is controlled in many countries.
What we need is a modicum of freedom from the Public Health System, which we are NOT getting. The public health system has no restraints in place dedicated to preserving a base line of freedom and liberty. They are a real threat to our nation, which they want to convert into a totalitarian bio state, aty the behest of Big Pharm , like Pfizer who have asked some small nations for their military bases as collateral for supplying the vaccine to them. These are not your ordinary, benign Pharmaceutical companies anymore.

I once screwed a kraken, like many of us have. It took a while to find her and our relationship was short lived.
I avoided them henceforth.No need to continuously test one's manhood, LOL. But many public health physicians turn into kraken the moment you say the word , "Ivermectin." And so ny their lights do we know them.
I see no problem with ivermectin being used, as long as people understand that it does not work for everyone, and that there needs to be a Plan B if it does not work.
I do think that one of the best things that people could do is to lose some weight and get exercise. A lot of it starts with curtailing snacking and portion control. Since when do muffins need to be size of softballs?
