The executive director of the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh, Pa., is contesting President Biden’s claim that he visited the synagogue after a white supremacist shot and killed eleven worshippers in October 2018.

All you have to remember is that when they open their pieholes, they’re lying. Simple but effective.

I thought that too. He has dementia, so he ‘misremembered’. It is very common. His handlers said he was remembering a telephone conversation, which might be the case. He remembered it in his mind as a ‘virtual’ visit. This is even scarier than just flat out lying. I am not sure he has the ability to know the difference any longer.

I’d be willing to cut Biden some slack if he hasn’t been doing this all is life. And the lies he tells are so very easy to check. He lies anyway.

Regarding his law school scholarship lie, he also said he was near the top of his class, when he was scraping the bottom of his class.
That is what my reaction was too. Yahoo would never hammer Biden like that unless approved by the Establishment, so one has to wonder what’s next.

Well he was always a liar. BUT as many of us know dementia is tricky. my closest friend for decades has recently been diagnosed with dementia. We talk several times a week and the conversation is completely normal about politics, family etc. Her sons and I have been in contact, and I relate to them how normal she seems. Example, she told me she was waiting on results from an ultra sound a week earlier, has called the doctor and still doesn’t have the results and is furious over not getting a call from dr. I asked her son and he said that was over a year ago. She also told me her granddaughter was in London for her first year in college……she is still a junior in high school.
I have no doubt in some part of Joe's mind he thinks he was there. But Joe also suffers from another problem. He's a know habitual liar.
Once you go down that road you can convince yourself you've said or done, or not, practically anything in spite of the evidence.
