Tuberculosis is a bacterial infection. Masks work, because the bacteria is bigger than the mesh in the mask. TB is also one of the top 10 causes of death globally according to the WHO. A patient in a hospital recovering from TB is in an ENCLOSED ROOM! So yeah, the bacteria can be excreted in mucous and spread on surfaces in the room as well as go airborne. You take exceptional precautions, because it carries a substantial risk for a very nasty infection.
COVID is a virus. It’s much smaller than many bacteria. N95 masks have been shown to be marginally effective with COVID, and that’s assuming someone is properly masked, which is NEVER the case with the people I see in public. And the public masking is a fraud, because you’re out in the world. There’s air flow, wide open spaces, sunlight. It’s not a great environment for the virus to live and spread. Masking in public is a damn joke, and masking in private, especially in your car or your own home, is bordering on hysterics.
Big Pharma’s goal is to get everyone on multiple prescriptions.
In addition to the direct to consumer TV advertising there is the constant lowering of blood tests “standards” to snare more folks into various labels or “pre-” labels.

Basically EVERYONE is now “pre-diabetic”.
