Don't do it, Finland. Every writhing socialist maggot in the world is out to strip Europeans of their great cultures. Bad enough foreigners take over skilled jobs, but the real objective is not the skilled professionals as much as the swarming third-world migrants who have learned or can easily learn English. Finnish language has been one of the few impediments in the globalists' goal of ghettoizing every European city. Hopefully the Finns Party will gain popularity in time to preserve the language and save the nation for the people to whom it belongs.

Woody Allen had a joke about this in “Bananas”.

There are certain people who do find this kind of thing a joke.

I would have appended the old Broadway song that starts “It’s not how you start, it’s how you Finnish.”

It’s not like learning Finnish is all that difficult. As long as you can say “Voin syödä lasia, se ei vahingoita minua.”, what else do you really need to know?

Yes. Clearly you’re not familiar with one of the greatest pages of the early internet, the “I can eat glass project”.
As explained by that site’s founder:
visitors to a foreign country have “an irresistible urge” to say something in that language, and whatever they say usually marks them as tourists immediately. Saying “I can eat glass, it does not hurt me”, however, ensures that the speaker “will be viewed as an insane native, and treated with dignity and respect”.
