My cellphone is not strapped around my neck like a dog collar.

Sometimes it's in another room, sometimes it's on mute, sometimes it's just turned off.

There is no mandate that it must always be on, or that it must always be in my possession at all times.

It is a tool, not a leash.

And it will be used at my discretion, not the government's.
