Those with the strongest desire to win usually do. They may be odious but they fight for what they want. Its really that simple.
“Our side” is not motivated to do anything. They are devoid of any principles, values or beliefs.
I half agree. They are idiots. Some are congenital idiots, and in some it's acquired idiocy, acquired by looking at the world only through PC colored glasses.
