He is right, all our policies so far were mostly exporting emissions to China! Guess what, the air flows and gets them back to here.
With India and other countries adding industry, our heroic efforts are going nowhere!
But it does not matter!
The global warming is really only about control of the people and putting America down!
One of the main reasons the western world has exported so many manufacturing jobs and resulting emissions to places like China and India is the EPA & OSHA.
You can make a product overseas and not have to worry about being sued out of business 5-20 years later. In many third world countries the reason it is so much cheaper to manufacture is the lack of liability and pollution standards. If the workers all die of cancer after working in your factory, there is no recourse.
Yes, China refines almost all the lithium in the world. Do you want to work in a Lithium battery factory? How about in the mining or refining facility?
There are towns like Libby, MT that are poisonous today because of the mining that took place there in the 1950s, 60s & 70s.
