I am assuming yes. I am also thinking that accountability will be next to nothing. And that a lot of that money will go to things other than rides.
There are enough people at my work who would refuse the shot that would force my company to go out of business. So I dare them to try it
My wife’s company is in that position. They belligerently mandated jabs. People quit. They’re now begging people to stay. F’em.

Yep, and bus drivers in Illinois are required to get a CDL, so they probably have the basic qualifications to go work as an Amazon driver, and they’ll take as many drivers as they can get, with no vaccine mandate.
Chicago must have a bazillion schools throughout the city, all of which must be in walking distance from students’ homes. Let them get off their asses and walk to school.
