I’ve been happily married for 23 years and together for 25. If for some reason my wife out of the blue passed away or left me there’s no way I’ll ever marry or cohabitate with a woman again. The risks are too extreme nowadays.

The risks are too extreme nowadays. I'm in the same position as you. Been with my wife for getting close to 40 years, would have no idea how to start over. Would definitely never re-marry, although I might have female friends.

I know a fellow in his late 40’s who has a relationship of 8 yrs.....both have their own apartments and appear perfectly ok as things are.
