What about the using a Water Pik water flosser? I’m addicted to mine. All kinds of crap gets flushed out with those things, chunks of potato chips, chunks of peanut MnM’s, whatever I eat for dinner. They are great. Will I live longer with that or do I have to hard string floss?
I don't know. I've been out of the benefits business for many years now, but the flossing part is what our providers told us. My guess is that if the water flossing, along with regular dental cleanings removes plaque, you are in good shape.
