The US provided the Black Hawks to Afghanistan as part of an FMS deal in 2015. This also included training.

If the Taliban has them now, it’s because Afghani forces couldn’t hold on to them. (Which really sucks.)

We’re talking cavemen

Cavemen who've received a lot of help and training from Pakistan. Pakistan gets its military equipment and training from us. I doubt the Taliban has enough people capable of making full use of the equipment Biden left lying around, but they probably have a handful of people who've flown helicopters and may even have familiarity with Blackhawks if we've supplied those to Pakistan.
