This means those ballots that came from drop boxes should have been thrown out. I think there is a record of votes by early in person votes, election day in person votes, Post Office mail votes, and drop boxes. They should just subtract votes from drop boxes (some for both Trump and Biden but I suspect most for Biden).
Imagine if it was enough to put the state in Trumps favor.
