I’m sure the Blackhawks will wind up in China where they’ll look at all of the advanced avionics (stuff like automated flight control, integrated self defense, navigation systems, computerized engine monitoring systems, etc.).
The Blackhawks sent to Afghanistan were all UH-60A’s. The oldest model and a version US forces no longer use. Even the National Guard has gotten rid of them and moved on to newer models. As for the avionics, very little of it (if any) is our latest and greatest stuff. It is mostly older stuff like the airframe itself.
It wasn’t left behind it was a gift to them.
