I think they are just lying about killing anyone or just killing a random person that they are saying is a terrorist.

I think they killed someone. The problem is at best they killed someone who is a foot soldier, not someone high in the ISIS hierarchy. The telling clue is that they’re not naming the person even though they claimed they killed a “planner” and a “facilitator.”
