You are very welcome. The amounts in question are not going to produce any adverse effects and are not that critical. However I do not recommend going overboard with D-Zinc & Melatonin. Ascorbic acid or better known as C is much more flexible as the human body loves it. And when you take NAC make sure that it is actual N-Acetyl-Cysteine and NOT Acetyl L-Carnitine as it has an altogether different purpose. And also the ratio between NAC and Vitamin C should always be two to three times as much C as NAC. Amazon quit carrying NAC as the FDA got on their case, but you still can find it elsewhere and one of the places is PureBulk in the state of Oregon. They are reasonable and ship promptly.
