Not saying they’ll receive the finest care, but Kabul is a reasonably modern city and I’m pretty sure the doctors there have had loads of experience dealing bomb injuries.

There are 117 government-run hospitals in Afghanistan and a number of private or internationally-administered hospitals.

I lived in Kabul 6 years a decade ago, and it’s improved since then. Now, the remote villages, that’s another story.
