Why does anyone get/need ‘monoclonals’? Is it not because some test result came back ‘positive’? Now, IFFFFFF a person tests positive, survives the plague, why do they need vaccinated?

WHY does a research project being done at MU, that is the University of Missouri, find the ‘Delta’ in wastewater treatment facilities across Missouri, May 2021, and it was not until July that the ‘Delta’ plague began to present itself in medical facilities across the state of Missouri. Who was doing the shedding/peeing/pooping out the spiked proteins a couple of months before it began to show up in medical facilities?
