No, they didn’t rule on it. Brett K declined to enforce ending ban due to limited time left on ban. Then CDC slightly narrowed ban to cover 95% vs 100% of country
Now to throw some yuppies out on a winter day, and send their small belongings after them, the furniture in lock-up. Landlords, don’t forget to rub your hands together and cackle evilly.
And yet, every big business in America can send a lobbyist to DC to get a carve out in the IRS code to benefit them.
Might have a good idea…..All the small property owners band together, hire some big time DC lawyers to get that $3k raised a bit.
Well the good news is, there are plenty of jobs out there so people can work and pay rent.
Not for long. Psaki said today that the SC said the legislature could write a bill extending the moratorium. Psacki said she was sure that that would happen and that the objective is to protect people and let them stay in the homes. But screw the landlords and the rental income they need to make the mortgage payments. States per IRS have issued very little of the funds for renters/landlords. Landlords can’t initiate the paperwork to get that money; it has to be initiated by the renter. Insane.
Personally, I think this is a plan to force all those property owners to cough those houses so Blackrock and other hedge funds can snatch them up.
Wall St turns them all into Section 8 and gets even richer from the taxpayer.
Rents are the hottest new investment
It wasn’t a moratorium. It was an illegal action that unjustly deprived owners of their rights. It was invalid from the start, and all prosecutions under the order must be reversed.
