Texas needs to pass the same law that Montana passed in the Spring:

https://leg.mt.gov/bills/2021/billpdf/HB0702.pdf

The media has been REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEing about it, because it renders their mandate agenda completely powerless.

THIS is the stuff that we need to be pushing rather than tilting at windmills and pretending that the FDA didn’t actually authorize the vaccine.

The language of HB702 would be portable around the country, and it would instantly render the vaccine Karens powerless in any State that implemented it.

I don’t understand how many around here don’t see the mandates as larger than just one vaccine.
Where would it end?
How is it not tyranny?
Can’t shop, dine out, travel, work...

Worth posting from the link:

Section 1. Discrimination based on vaccination status or possession of immunity passport prohibited — definitions.
(1) Except as provided in subsection (2), it is an unlawful discriminatory practice for:
(a) a person or a governmental entity to refuse, withhold from, or deny to a person any local or state services, goods, facilities, advantages, privileges, licensing, educational opportunities, health care access, or employment opportunities based on the person’s vaccination status or whether the person has an immunity
passport;
(b) an employer to refuse employment to a person, to bar a person from employment, or to discriminate against a person in compensation or in a term, condition, or privilege of employment based on the person’s vaccination status or whether the person has an immunity passport; or
(c) a public accommodation to exclude, limit, segregate, refuse to serve, or otherwise discriminate against a person based on the person’s vaccination status or whether the person has an immunity passport.

This is EXACTLY what the red state legislatures should be doing across the board.

“pretending that the FDA didn’t actually authorize the vaccine”

Well they did not. They reissued the existing Emergency authorization and approved the new version (without the hold harmless clause on side effects) which won’t be available for 2 years.

So, they are right the FDA Lied about it. I read the FDA announcement. They used legal weasel words.
