Beginning to think Biden is paying the wrong Taliban for “security”. Or perhaps the Taliban leadership ( whoever they are) don’t have full control of the jihadists or are not sharing the loot as they should. There have to be Taliban or jihadists there seeking revenge for the relatives and friends they lost in the long war. Many of them want another crack at the Americans and actually believe great heavenly rewards await them if they die trying to kill “infidels”. Doubt they have much regard or concern for their fellow Muslims who are trying to leave.

Most Americans alive today never heard of Bataan. America may be about to experience another Bataan.Just how will those brave 6,000 Soldiers and Marines be safely withdrawn?

Not Bataan.

Isis is not into slow, agonizing deaths by torture and long marches and starvation.

Isis prefers beheadings.

I think that’s it. The Taliban has no central command structure as would be found in a modern army. They are nothing more than a band of savages held together by Islamic thought. So without a central command, if one guy decides to throw a bomb, he’s going to throw a bomb.

This all should have been known - and planned for - way ahead of time.
