Even “Arizona” Brett Baier says Biden HAS to address the nation tonight.

I'm betting Biden is having a bad day with his dementia and other health issues. And the last thing his handlers want to do is have him address the American people and take questions from the media today.

I imagine there are conversations with his doctors right now on what it would take to have Biden be cognizant for 30 minutes today to make an public appearance.
