HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN HANGED FROM A LAMP POST WITHIN AN HOUR OF VERIFYING ALL THOSE FACTS!
OR JUST SHOT DEAD!
NO FACTORS OTHER THAN HIS ACTIONS HAVE A BEARING ON THE MATTER.
