The SCOTUS is punting on these issues, so they’ll stand. Isn't it shocking that Roberts is now considered more aggressively honest about the Constitution being protected than the later justices? New ones think the cases are so scary in their controversy and messiness it's better to ignore the cases and go on extended vacations. Whew.
