In the first week following the Taliban conquest of Kabul, COVID-19 vaccinations in Afghanistan have dropped by 80%, the U.N. agency UNICEF said, warning that half of the few doses delivered to the country so far are close to expiry.
The Taliban seized control of the Afghan capital on Aug. 15, having already captured most of the country earlier in the month after the United States decided to withdraw military forces after 20 years of war.
Since the Taliban takeover "there's been an 80% drop in people reached with COVID-19 vaccines," a spokesperson for UNICEF told Reuters.

Well, two obvious reasons, no 3.
1) there is no valid test for WuhanFlu. Even some ragbag from the hills is gonna ask: “Is this valid?” ‘Ell, he’d do that much if you suggested he load his new US machine gun with ammo labelled : Made in Russia.
2) Again, even a ragbag from the hills wouldn’t stand for some Dr saying a patient just died from WuhanFlu just because they had a sniffle before the ragbag shot him.
3)Why would the Taliban/ISIS cooperate with any TWOT’s from the UN?
Living in totalitarian dictatorship implies constant struggle for life, basically you care only how to just get some nourishment and avoid getting shot.
Nobody cares about Covid or which restrooms you shall visit. As a matter of fact, there are usually no restrooms.
People who are worried about get shot or beheaded don’t worry about Covid.
There must be bodies everywhere, I mean, bodies that died from Covid, not from getting shot, or beaten, or stoned, or burned. Not those bodies.
