It will pass the senate without a single repub vote. They could have stopped it with the $1.2T infrastructure deal, but they chose to give the dems the opportunity to pass it. It's totally out of our hands now.

I think they expect it to pass the Senate.
The Republicans, after handing them the $1,2 and knowing it would bundled with the $3.5, said no Republicans will support it in the Senate.
So, theoretically, it’ll take all Dems and Kamala Harris.
The Republicans opted not to block it when they knew they could.
Sorta like Lindsey Graham calling for Hunter to be Investigated after the Dems took control and it was obviously impossible.

According to the article, they used the budget reconciliation process and it does not have to go back to the Senate.

Since its now considered budget reconciliation, my understanding is we have to rely on all Rs voting no and two Democrats voting no.
