They have to collect so much evidence that there is zero possibility for anyone to weasel out of a trial. Reasonable doubt requires one simple oversight, so they are checking everything in triplicate.

I still don’t see any higher court taking this case. It’ll be political kryptonite.

I wonder how you obtain the type of information in this story...

I’m not doubting the story but it’s a massive amount of data that I was not aware is publicly available....

For example cell phone ping data, how is that publicly available ?? Unless they had sources within law enforcement helping them, but you would think a warrant would be needed to collect that type of information.

Well, it is about time that “True the Vote” actually sends something to the national press - even though it will be ignored and disparaged by the Communist (er, democrat) Party’s totalitarian state press corpse.
