I’m not surprised he would say this, and make sure he corrects it to “Spring”. All of this is timed to lead up to the mid terms with a “victory”.
First, at the end of the year we will quit using the PCR test. The inventor of the PCR test said it’s not meant for this. The WHO said after the election that they were using it wrongly. There have been estimates that a great percentage of these tests showed false positives.
Then he says this.

“We don’t know,” Fauci said. “Could be 85%, could be 90%”
Given the mandates that will be put into place, it’s possible he could reach that goal. However, I’m not putting any money on it.
But by the time that goal is reached, he'll have already moved the goalposts again.
"90% of everyone - men, women, children, infants - have to have gotten their eighth booster shot - then we can all relax!"
