The booster shot is the same serum that is already proving useless against Delta, which is already mutating into “ Delta plus”
But they have lots more in stock to, let’s use it up!

So the booster shot helps fight Delta, but doesn’t restore the T-cells so your immunity for other diseases is still weakened. At least people will be dying of the Flu flu again this year. Especially since we've gone a year and a half without the normal social interaction that would normally be required for folks to build immunity from various "other" bugs.
