I believe the reason ABC released the embarrassing transcript was to undercut Biden. I think at this point they are ready to roll the dice on Kamela. They may be preparing stories about how great she is, how she heroically stepped into the breach, etc.

I can't think of another reason why they would release that transcript and since they are all delusional they may think Kamela is great.
