Before he was infected, Phil said himself on his radio show that he had found a doctor to prescribe him ivermectin and was taking vitamin D. That was in the context of saying he was not getting vaxxed. His choice, and obviously one he regretted. He seemed like a healthy, vibrant guy. He should have set himself up for Regeneron instead, as it actually works.
