no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.If a person who served more than two years of another's term can only be elected once, then the reverse is also true.
A person who has been elected twice cannot act as President for more than two years of another person's term.
Obama would have to serve two years and then resign, or more likely, not be eligible to act as President in the first place, since the assumption for all Presidents is that they complete their terms.
The office of President is not something to be gamed for personal gain.

Surely you know who “Joe” is? “Joe” is the sobriquet of “ChiComJoe” and any others that people dream up. I have not seen one that is respectful and “ChiComJoe” is easy to remember and spell and it is short for ChineseJoe. I think it is apropos and I did not make it up.
Think it is possible that both Biden AND Harris will resign over this Afghanistan debacle and we get Pelosi as POTUS ?
If Biden resigns, she becomes President. The pressure will be too great for the first woman President to not resign before the first year is out. The optics of the first woman President to fail is too great.
If she resigns first while still Vice President, and then Biden resigns, then Pelosi is President.
My prediction is that Biden is forced to resign and elevate Harris to President. Harris will hunker down and use the opportunity to clean house in the Cabinet of all the Secretaries who advised the dreadful decisions.
She will put her own cronies into the Cabinet and solidify her position.
It would be nice to see a President Harris try to put some distance between her and Biden by doing a few things (which are not likely):
Harris fully supported and approved Biden’s decision re: Afghanistan . If Biden is not fit to be POTUS , neither is Harris . They should both resign together .
I think they'd rather have Harris in the office than Pelosi. I think Harris would want it too, now that she's tasted the power and the perks of the office.
Pelosi is 81. Putting her in the White House would mean giving someone else the Speaker position, someone who won't be as ruthless as Pelosi is. If Pelosi wants to be the first woman President to go with being the first woman Speaker, she will have to take Harris out herself.
There may even be a part of the Democrat party that thinks Harris can be a winning candidate running as an incumbent. The downside is that she's a terrible public speaker, and was only mediocre as a performer in her jobs.
